Mike Harris’s industry and consulting experience spans Fortune 100 companies to emerging and growth firms in manufacturing, technology and others. He has worked throughout the U.S., Europe, Latin America and China. His recent work includes helping a multi-billion dollar European company establish marketing in China for a consumer products division.
He has served variously as the top marketing, product development and investor relations executive for both private and publicly traded companies or divisions with revenues up to $120 million. He has also served as a corporate officer for a NASDAQ:NM company. He is a former management consultant with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Vanderbilt University.
Early in his career Mike received turnaround training and experience as a management consultant with the predecessor of PriceWaterhouse Coopers, based in the Atlanta office. Notable projects included BellSouth Mobility, Westpoint Pepperell and Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH). He later led marketing and product driven turnarounds for Philips Electronics (click for case study) and a $500 million California tech company (click for case study) with strong financial results.
