In executive coaching my role is to teach, inspire and support my clients as they grow into their aspirations.
To do this, a good fit needs to exist between us.
I can work with many personality styles, but not all.
My style is to be direct, delivering feedback with a good sense of humor. That style has worked well for me in executive roles for many years and that’s the style I bring to coaching.
